تداعيات صعود أحزاب اليمين المتطرف في أوروبا على حقوق وحريات المهاجرين واللاجئين.

الملخص
تسعى الدراسة إلى رصد أسباب صعود وتنامي أحزاب اليمين المتطرف في أوروبا الجنوبية (المجال المتوسطي)، حيث تمكنت من دخول المؤسسات السياسية المنتخبة وكذلك البرلمان الأوروبي، وبدأت تملي أجندتها السياسية التي لا تخلو من التمييز العنصري ضد المهاجرين عموما ،والعرب والمسلمين خصوصا ،خاصة بعد موجة الربيع العربية وتداعياته السياسية والثورية على بعض البلدان العربية على خط التماس المتوسطي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا الصعود كانت له تداعيات وانعكاسات سلبية على حقوق وحريات المهاجرين واللاجئين ،وعلى تراجع مواقف وسياسات دول أوروبية اتجاه الهجرة ، وتجاوزهم عن التزامات دولية مترتبة عن تبنيهم لاتفاقيات تتعلق بحقوق اللاجئين والمهاجرين ،وهذه الممارسات والتصرفات والسلوكيات مست كذلك بمبادئ الديمقراطية النيابية ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي تعد أوربا موطن لها . Abstract: The impacts of the rise of extreme right parties in Europe on migrants and refugees ’ rights and freedoms This study aims at analyzing the causes of the rise of extreme right parties in central Europe (Mediterranean area). These parties succeeded to enter the European political institutions and the European parliament in which it dictate its political agenda that is characterized with racism against refugees and migrants mainly Arab and Muslim ones especially after the Arab spring. The study concluded that the rise of extreme political parties had negative impacts on the freedom and rights of refugees and migrants, in addition to the retreat of the European states policies towards migration neglecting international commitments and conventions concerning refugees and migrant’s rights the fact that affects democratic principles and human rights adopted by Europe.
