معيقات النقل البري ببلاد المغرب أثناء العهد الروماني Obstacles To Land Transport In Maghreb During The Roman Era

الملخص
تتطرق هذه الدراسة لمعيقات النقل البري ببلاد المغرب خلال الفترة الرومانية ، المتمثلة أساسا في المعيقات الطبيعية كوضعية التضاريس والمناخ وأثرهما على نوعية الطرقات المشيدة وعلى حركة وسائل النقل، ونوعية الطرق البرية التي شيدها الرومان ببلاد المغرب ومرافقها ، ومظاهر عدم الاعتماد الرومان على النقل المائي محليا أي الملاحة النهرية وعلى مستوى الأودية، بالرغم من صعوبات النقل البري التي سنتطرق لها، كما يهتم البحث بالإشارة الى المعيقات المادية والبشرية المؤثرة سلبا على نشاط النقل بالمنطقة، كقطاع الطرق الذين هددوا المارة والناقلين اضافة لنوعية وسائل النقل نخص بالذكر الحيوانات والعربات، قدرتها في العمل وسرعتها ومدى تحملها لمعيقات النقل البري كالتضاريس وطول المسافات وقلة المرافق ببعض الطرق، والأكثر نوعية البضائع المنقولة وغيرها وحجم الحمولة وأثرها على وسائل النقل والناقلين بالأخص الحمالين ، إضافة إلى التكاليف الباهظة للنقل البري عند استئجار وسيلة نقل أو عند نقل بضاعة ما . Abstract: This study deals with the obstacles of land transport in the Maghreb during the Roman period, which are mainly natural obstacles such as the situation of the terrain and climate and their impact on the quality of the roads built and the movement of means of transport, and the quality of the land roads built by the Romans in the Maghreb and their facilities, and the manifestations of the Romans' lack of dependence on water transport locally, i.e. navigation Riverine and at the level of the valleys, despite the difficulties of land transport, which we will address. The research is also concerned with referring to the material and human obstacles that negatively affect the transport activity in the region, such as the bandits who threatened passers-by and transporters, in addition to the type of means of transport, especially animals and vehicles, their ability to work, their speed and their endurance Obstacles to land transport such as terrain, long distances, lack of facilities in some ways, the most important is the quality of transported goods and others, the size of the load and its impact on the means of transport and carriers, especially the porters, in addition to the exorbitant costs of land transport when renting a means of transport or when transporting a commodity.
