الاستراتيجيات الموجهة لتكييف التكوين الايجابي مع متطلبات المهنة في العلوم النفسية

الملخص
الملخص: لعلم النفس أهمية جد بالغة في مجال الرعاية و الخدمة النفسية والتربوية الاجتماعية، غير أنه وبالمقابل وفي ضوء تجاربنا و خبراتنا الشخصية من خلال مناقشاتنا اليومية مع الأساتذة المشرفين على التدريس وكذا الاخصائيين النفسانيين والممارسين في مجال التربية والأرطفونيا فإنّ أغلب خريجي التخصص يشيرون إلى العجز الذي لمسوه بعد نهاية التكوين وأنّ المهارات التي تكون عليها الطلبة لا تتوافق مع حقيقة متطلبات الممارسة المهنية عند الدخول في الحياة المهنية. ومن خلال هذا المقال حاولنا حصر مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات التي تهدف الى محاولة تكييف بعض النقاط بما يتناسب مع معطيات التكوين ومع متطلبات التخصص والتي تخدم في نهاية المطاف كل الاطراف من فريق التكوين(اساتذة)، متكونين (طلبة)،ومهنيين (سوق العمل). و تتجسد هذه المقترحات في إعادة النظر في الاستراتيجيات التعليمية المطبقة، وفي مدّة التكوين المقررة، وفي مقاربات التكوين المعتمدة، وفي آليات التكوين الميداني وكيفية إجراء التربصات لتحقيق الملمح المستهدف بالتكوين في تخصص العلوم النفسية وضمانا لجودة التكوين. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجيات- التكوين- علم النفس- الاخصائي في علم النفس. Résumé la psychologie est d'une grande importance dans le domaine des soins et des services psychologiques éducatifs et sociaux. Cependant, à la lumière de nos expériences personnelles et de nos échanges quotidiens avec les professeurs encadrants ainsi qu'avec les psychologues en exercice, la plupart des diplômés de spécialisation font référence à l’handicap qu'ils subissent après la fin de la formation et l'entrée dans la vie professionnelle. Leurs compétences acquises sont incompatibles avec les exigences de la pratique professionnelle. Ainsi, à travers cet article, nous avons tenté de cerner un ensemble de stratégies visant à essayer d'adapter certains points adéquats aux données de formation et aux besoins de spécialité, qui servent finalement toutes les parties de l'équipe de formation (professeurs), des stagiaires (étudiants) et du marché du travail. Ces points s'incarnent dans l'application de certaines stratégies visant à adapter la formation en revoyant la durée de formation, les méthodes d'enseignement, en particulier les méthodes de formation pratique sur le terrain, qui peuvent d'une manière ou d'une autre contribuer à améliorer la qualité de la formation. However, in light of our personal experiences and daily discussions with the professors supervisors as well as practicing psychologists, most of the specialization graduates refer to the disability they experience after the end of training and Entering into professional life. Their acquired skills are incompatible with the professional practice requirements. Thus, through this article we tried to limit a set of strategies that aim to try to adapt some points in proportion to the training data and specialization requirements, which ultimately serve all parties from Training team (professors), trainees (students), and the labor market.
