حق ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة في العمل وحمايتهم من المخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
باللغة العربية: ان العمل حق دستوري كرسته كل دساتير الدول، واعترف به وتضمنه الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان لسنة 1948م، وتم تأكيده لكل أفراد المجتمع بما فيهم الأشخاص ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل الصعوبات والعراقيل التي يمكن أن تواجهها هذه الفئة الخاصة في مجال العمل، أيضا اضافة الى المخاطر المتنوعة والمختلفة التي قد تواجهها كفئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، مما يقتضي التكفل والعناية والتعامل معها بشكل خاص داخل مجال العمل. باللغة الفرنسية: Le travail est un droit constitutionnel reconnu par les constitution de tous les payes, aussi un droits reconnu par la déclaration universel des droits de L’homme de 1948 a tous les individus de la société, même pour les personne ayant des besoins spéciaux, tout on prenant en considération les difficultés qui peuvent survenir dans le domaine du travail, aussi les risque élevés des dangers pour cette catégorie des personnes et nécessitant une prise en charge spéciale dans le domaine de travai باللغة الانجليزية: Work is a constitutional right enshrined in all state constitutions, recognized and guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, and it was affirmed for all members of society, including people with special needs, taking into account all the difficulties and obstacles that this special group may face in the field of work, as well. In addition to the various and various risks that they may face as groups of people with special needs, which require taking care and dealing with them in particular within the field of work.l
