الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث فكرة المقاصد عند الإمام الشاطبي (790ه) بين أصول الشريعة وأصول النحو ، فقد عُرف عن الإمام الشاطبي أنه رائد التفكير المقاصدي وأشهر من عُني بفكرة المقاصد الشرعية ، أصّل لهذا العلم بما لم يسبق إليه، فأسس في كتابه " الموافقات" لنظرية متكاملة عرفت بنظرية المقاصد، ،حتى اقترن اسمه بها، هذه النظرية التي ظهرت ملامحها وتجلّت قواعدها في شرحه ألفية ابن مالك من خلال كتابه " المقاصد الشافية"، لنخلص في نهاية البحث أن لنظرية المقاصد أثر واضح في أصول النحو عند الشاطبي، وتتبعنا ذلك من خلال اعتماده على مقاصد العرب في كلامها كأصل ثابت للقياس في بناء الأحكام النحوية والترجيح بين مذاهب النحاة . : Abstract This research deals with the idea of the purposes (Al-Maqasid) of Imam Al-Shatibi (790 AH) ; between the assets of sharia and sharia Assets of grammar, Imam al-Shatibi was known to be the pioneer of maqasid thinking, and the most famous person who was concerned with the idea of maqasid Legitimacy, he based this knowledge on something that had not been preceded by it, so he established in his book (Al-Muwafaqat) For an integrated theory known by the (Al-Maqasid theory) (theory of the purposes), until his name was associated with it. This theory whose features appeared and its bases became evident in his explanation of( Alfiya Ibn Malik) through his book "Al-Maqasid Al-Shafia"; Let us conclude at the end of the research that the maqasid theory has a clear impact on the grammatical principles of al-Shatibi, and we followed this through his reliance on the (maqasid al-Arab) The purposes of the Arabs in her speech as a fixed basis for measurement in building grammatical rulings and weighting among the grammar schools
