الملخص
لعل علمَ أصول الفقه من أوثق العلوم صلة بعلم اللغة العربية، ، وذلك أن جانبا كبيرا من مبادئه النظرية، وإجراءاته التطبيقية (الاستنباطية) يعتمد على دراسة اللغة العربية، وبحثنا هذا يرمي إلى إبراز مبادئ هذه العلاقة الوطيدة بين كل من الأصوليين الذين اعتبروا معرفة اللغة العربية شرطا مشروطا في ميدان بحثهم، والنحاة الذين استفادوا من هاجس الفقهاء التأصيلي في ابتداع أصول اللغة. Abstract: Perhaps the science of the principles of jurisprudence is one of the most closely related sciences is related to Arabic linguistics, because its theoretical principles, and its applied (deductive) procedures depend on the study of the Arabic language, and our research aims to highlight the principles of this close relationship between each of the fundamentalists who considered knowledge of the Arabic language a conditional condition in their field of research, and the grammarians who benefited from the jurist's inherent obsession with the creation of the origins of the language.
