المنهج الاستقرائي في الدرس التراثي العربي أصول الفقه وأصول النحو أنموذجا

الملخص
بات من المؤكد في الفلسفة التجريبية أن القضايا المستخلصة عن طريق الاستقراء هي قضايا صادقة تماما أو بشكل تقريبي، في انتظار بعض الظواهر الأخرى التي من شأنها تأكيد صدقها التام أو أنها عرضة لبعض الاستثناءات، وأنه لا يمكن لأي فرضية من الفرضيات أن توهن من قوة الاستدلال المؤسس على الاستقراء المستخلص من التجربة، ومن ثم فإن الاستقراء من أنجع الطرق في تأكيد الحقائق وفحص مضمون النتائج في سبيل تفسير الظواهر. إننا نحاول في هذا البحث الوقوف على أبعاد المنهج الاستقرائي في التراث العلمي العربي، باعتباره أهم المناهج المعتمدة في القرون البحثية الإسلامية الأولى، التي أسست لمنظومة فكرية ومعرفية هيمنت على الساحة العلمية العالمية مدة قرون، بما يمكن معه التفكير في النظرية والمنهج معا، وإخضاعهما للفحص والمعاينة، وصولا إلى الوقوف على أهم مقومات البحث العلمي عند العرب. كما يثني هذا البحث على مسألة فلسفة العلوم عند المسلمين من خلال ما اعتمدوه في دراساتهم من آليات تخدم المنهج الاستقرائي الذي تميزوا به، وهو موضوع يتصل بالتقويم المنطقي لهذا المنهج في المنظومة البحثية العربية من جهة المبادئ والغايات في المنهج العلمي، خاصة في مجالي أصول الفقه وأصول النحو، كما يتصل من جهة أخرى بما ترتب عن المنهج الاستقرائي المعتمد لدى علمائنا من نتائج تبقى شاهدة لهم بالسبق المعرفي؛ سواء في العلوم أو في فلسفة العلوم عمّا هو عليه الحال عند الغرب اليوم. وقد اعتمدنا في هذا البحث منهجا علميا وصفيا وتحليليا، ينأى عن الأحكام المسبقة، ويتغيا التحليل وفق رؤية علمية للنصوص المتاحة من مصادرها الموثوقة عند العلماء العرب، بغاية الوقوف في نهاية البحث بكل اطمئنان إلى ما نخلص إليه من نتائج، واثقين مما سنطلقه من أحكام تؤكد مدى السبق الذي حققه علماؤنا في مناهج البحث العلمي. Abstract: It has become certain in empirical philosophy that the issues deduced through induction are totally or roughly truthful, pending some other phenomena that would confirm their complete truthfulness or that they are subject to some exceptions, and that no hypothesis can diminish the power of the founding Inference based on induction drawn from experience, and therefore induction is one of the most effective methods of confirming facts and examining the content of results in order to explain phenomena. In this research, we are trying to stand on the dimensions of the inductive method in the Arab scientific heritage, as it is the most important method adopted in the first Islamic research centuries, which established an intellectual and cognitive system that dominated the global scientific arena for centuries, with which it is possible to think of theory and method together, and subject them to examination and inspection, in order to stand on the most important elements of scientific research among the Arabs. This research also commends the issue of the philosophy of science among Muslims through the mechanisms they adopted in their studies that serve the inductive approach that they distinguished, a topic related to the logical evaluation of this method in the Arab research system in terms of principles and goals in the scientific method, especially in the jurisprudence assets and assets of grammar, on the other hand, is related to the results of the inductive method adopted by our scholars, which bear witness to their precedent in knowledge, whether in science or in the philosophy of science, than the situation in the West today. In this research, we adopted a scientific, descriptive and analytical approach, including the start of obtaining a scientific view of the texts available from their sources in Arab scholars, at the end of the research with all confidence in the results, confident of what we will launch from reliable judgments, the precedence that our scholars have achieved in scientific research methods.
