Indicators Of National Innovation System: The Importance Of Improving Its Levels To Enhance The Building Of Knowledge Economy A Comparative Study Between Algeria And Some Countries

الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية تحسين مستوى مؤشرات النظام الوطني للإبتكار ، باعتباره أحد أهم ركائز اقتصاد المعرفة، حيث تمّ قياس مستوى مؤشرات مدخلات ومخرجات الإبتكار بالجزائر وبعض دول المتقدمة التي بلغت مستوى اقتصاد المعرفة أو بعض الدول النامية التي تتطلع إلى تحقيقه. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى مؤشرات الإبتكار بالجزائر هي من أضعف المؤشرات وأدناها مقارنة بالدول محل الدراسة، مما يستدعي أهمية تحسين وتعظيم مستوياتها This research paper focus on the importance of improving the level of indicators about the national innovation system, whitch is considered as one of the most important pillars of the knowledge economy, as the level of indicators of innovation inputs and outputs was measured in Algeria and some developed countries that have reached the level of the knowledge economy or, some developing countries that aspire to achieve it. The study found that the level of innovation indicators in Algeria is one of the weakest and lowest indicators compared to the countries under study, which calls for the importance of improving their levels.
