تصاعد مكانة الطاقة في العلاقات الجزائرية التركية: الأبعاد والأفاق

الملخص
ترتبط الجزائر وتركيا بعلاقات تاريخية تعود إلى خمسة قرون، تركت من خلالها بصمات واضحة على الروابط بين البلدين، ورغم ذلك ظلت الجزائر إبان الثورة بعيدة عن تركيا، ومع مرور الوقت بدأت ملامح رسم العلاقات بين البلدين تظهر، حيث سمح التغيير الذي طرأ على السياسة الخارجية التركية منذ سنة2002 ، بإعادة صياغة تركيا علاقاتها مع الدول العربية والإفريقية ومنها الجزائر، وبذلك عرفت العلاقات الجزائرية- التركية تطورًا ملحوظاً بدء بالإعلان عن اتفاقية الصداقة سنة2006، وعموما تتجه كل من تركيا والجزائر في الوقت الحالي إلى تعزيز علاقتهما من خلال عقد اتفاقيات شراكة تجمع البلدين على جميع الأصعدة خاصة ما تعلق بمجالات الشراكة والتعاون في المجال الطاقوي وتزداد أهمية هذه الشراكة مع فرص البلدين في التنسيق والتعاون لدخول السوق الإفريقية التي تحتوي على إمكانيات هائلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطاقة، الشراكة، التعاون، العلاقات، الجزائر، تركيا... Abstract: Algeria and Turkey have historical relations dating back five centuries, through which they left clear imprints on the ties between the two countries, and despite that, Algeria remained far from Turkey during the revolution, and with the passage of time the features of drawing relations between the two countries began to appear, as the change that occurred in Turkish foreign policy allowed Since 2002, Turkey reformulated its relations with Arab and African countries, including Algeria, and thus the Algerian-Turkish relations witnessed a remarkable development, starting with the announcement of the friendship agreement in 2006, and in general, Turkey and Algeria are currently tending to strengthen their relationship by concluding partnership agreements that bring the two countries together on all The levels, especially those related to the areas of partnership and cooperation in the energy field, and the importance of this partnership increases with the opportunities of the two countries in coordination and cooperation to enter the African market, which contains huge potentials.
