إدارة الموارد البشرية وأزمة كوفيد19: تحليل ببليومتري باستخدام برنامج (vosviewer)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى إجراء تحليل ببليومتري للكشف عن الوضع الحالي لدراسات إدارة الموارد البشرية (HRM) و أزمة كوفيد19 و اتجاهات البحث والتوجهات المستقبلية، اعتمدنا على قاعدة البيانات " Scopus"، و بعد ادخال الكلمات المفتاحية و القيام بعملية الغربلة تحصلنا على 83 مقال علمي، ولتحليل و تصور البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها استخدمنا برنامج (vosviewer)، توصلت الدراسة الى ان المملكة المتحدة من اكثر الدول اهتماما بموضوع ادارة الموارد البشرية و أزمة كوفيد19 بــ 14 مقال علمي، و بالنسبة للدول العربية تعتبر مصر من اكثر الدول اهتماما بـ03 مقالات علمية، أسفر تحليل الاقتران الببليوغرافي (Bibliographic coupling analysis) على 16 مقال موزع على 04 عناقيد (دور ادارة الموارد البشرية في التخفيف من الوضع السيء الذي فرضته الأزمة الوبائية كوفيد19، الفرص و التحديات التي خلفتها الأزمة، ادارة الموارد البشرية الدولية و أزمة كوفيد19، مستقبل ادارة الموارد البشرية). Abstract : The study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis to reveal the current status of human resource management (HRM) studies, the COVID-19 crisis, research trends and future directions. We relied on the Scopus database. After entering the keywords and performing the screening process, we obtained 83 scientific articles. To analyze and visualize the obtained data, we used the Vosviewer software. The study concluded that the United Kingdom is one of the countries most interested in the subject of human resource management and the Covid 19 crisis with 14 scientific articles, As for the Arab countries, Egypt is considered one of the most interested countries with 03 articles, The Bibliographic coupling analysis revealed 16 articles divided into 04 clusters: The role of human resources management in alleviating the bad situation imposed by the epidemic crisis, Covid 19, Opportunities and challenges left by the crisis, Managing international human resources and the COVID-19 crisis, The future of human resource management.
