عوامل تدني مستوى التحصيل العلمي للطلبة الجامعيين

الملخص
إن ظاهرة تدني التحصيل العلمي للطلبة الجامعيين ظاهرة معقدة تتداخل فيها عدة عوامل وهذا ما أيدته الدراسات الميدانية التي عرضناها في هذه المداخلة، سواء منها الأجنبية أو العربية أو الجزائرية، وقد ركزنا على الطالب الجامعي الجزائري الذي يعاني من تدني مستوى تحصيله العلمي، وهو يزاول دراسته في الجامعة الجزائرية والتي بدورها تعاني من التخلخل كما أنها تعاني كما تعاني كل مؤسسات المجتمع من التخلف ومن تبعات السياسة الفاشلة التي تنتهجها الدولة في تسيير هذا القطاع وغيره من قطاعات المجتمع الجزائري. وأنا أقول من خلال ما سبق وتحت ضوء تجربتي المتواضعة كطالبة ثم كأستاذة أنّ تدني مستوى التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة الجامعيين الجزائريين تتسبب فيه عدة عوامل إلا أن عامل "إرادة الطالب الضعيفة" أو بعبارة أخرى "معنوياته المنخفضة " هي عامل أساسي لتدني مستواه الدراسي، إلا أنه غير كافي لوحده بل لا بد من تظافر عوامل أخرى معه من أجل تدني مستوى الطالب الجامعي الجزائري. The phenomenon of low academic achievement for university students is a complex phenomenon in which several factors overlap and this is supported by the field studies that we presented in this intervention, whether foreign, Arab or Algerian. We have focused on the algerian university student who suffers from a low academic achievement, while he is studying at the Algerian university, which in turn suffers from dislocation and suffers, just as all the institutions of society from underdevelopment and from the consequences of the State's failed policy in the conduct of this sector and other sectors of the algerian society. In the light of my modest experience as a student and then as a professor, I say that the low level of academic achievement of Algerian university students is caused by several factors, except that the factor of "A student's weak will", in other words “low morale", is a major factor for his low academic level, but it is not enough alone, but other factors must be combined with it in order to lower the level of the Algerian university student.
