الملخص
الملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية بالتحليل والنقد النظام القانوني لحظر وتقييد الأسلحة الفضائية من خلال تسليط الضوء على الإشكالات التي يطرحها مفهومها ومخاطرها على الدول والأفراد، وتبحث عن مدى كفاية قواعد القانون الدولي للفضاء ذات الصلة وتبرز الحاجة إلى تطبيق أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني في هذا المجال والتي توفر دعما إضافيا للحد من استخدام هذه الأسلحة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز ثغرات القواعد التقليدية والبحث عن حلول للحد من التسلح في الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه استخداما سلميا لفائدة البشرية قاطبة. Abstract This research paper analyzes and criticizes the legal system for banning and restricting space weapons by highlighting the problems posed by their concept and risks to states and individuals, and looks for the adequacy of the relevant rules of international space law and highlights the need to apply the provisions of international humanitarian law in this field, which provide support In addition to limiting the use of these weapons, this study aims to highlight the gaps in the traditional rules and search for solutions to limit weapons in outer space and its peaceful use for the benefit of all mankind.
