الملخص
الملخص: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل والنقد أحكام المسؤولية الدولية المكرسة في الصكوك ذات الصلة بالأنشطة الفضائية، ويهدف إلى التعرف على أحكام المسؤولية الدولية عن الأنشطة الفضائية ومدى مسايرتها التطورات العلمية والتقنية التي شهدها العالم في مجال الفضاء الخارجي، ويقدم نظرة جديدة حول الجهات التي يسند لها العمل المرتكب سواء كان القيام بعمل أو الامتناع عن القيام بعمل، الذي يعد عتبة انطباق المسؤولية الدولية، سواء كان هناك خطأ أم لم يكن، مادام العمل غير المشروع قد حقق ضرراً لدولة أخرى . كما يتناول مدى انطباق أسس المسؤولية التقليدية على الأنشطة في الفضاء الخارجي،ويبرز التعويض عن الأضرار التي تلحقها الأجسام الفضائية والإجراءات المتبعة من قبل الطرف المتضرر لاستيفاء حقوقه. Abstract : This article examines, analyzes, and criticizes the provisions of international liability stipulated in the instruments related to space activities, and aims of this aims to identify the provisions of international responsibility for space activities and the extent to which they are in line with the scientific and technical developments that the world has witnessed in the field of outer space,and provides a new insight into the bodies to whom the action is assigned, whether it is to take action or refrain from doing an act, which is the threshold for the applicability of international responsibility, whether it is There is a mistake or not, as long as the illegal act has done harm to another country. It also deals with the extent of the application of the principles of traditional responsibility to activities in outer space, and highlights compensation for damage caused by space objects. And the procedures followed by the injured party to fulfill its rights .
