The Level Of Use Of Electronic Media And Its Effects On The Caliber Of Scientific Research, According To The Members Of The Social Sciences Faculty At The University Of Laghouat, Algeria.

Abstract

Abstract: According to the opinions of professors at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Amar Thelidji University, Laghouat, this study seeks to determine the effect of electronic media use on the caliber of scientific research. For the study, a sample of 83 professors was polled for data using a questionnaire. The results of the investigation showed that: In respect to the caliber of their scholarly work, the faculty at the College of Social Sciences at the University of Laghouat in Algeria uses electronic media to a great degree. This indicates that these faculty members' use of electronic media in their research procedures and activities is important. Based on the faculty members' association with the college's laboratory, the investigation identifies statistically significant variations in their responses. This suggests that depending on whether faculty members are associated with the college's laboratory, the use of electronic media has a different effect on the caliber of scientific research. Based on their academic status, faculty members' responses did not show any statistically significant differences, according to the study. Keywords: electronic media, quality of scientific research, e-publishing, virtual forums, Faculty members ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن تأثير استخدام الوسائط الالكترونية على جودة البحث العلمي من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لكلية العلوم الاجتماعية الأغواط حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي تم توزيعها على عينة مقدرة من 83 أستاذ وأستاذة للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة. ولخصت النتائج كالتالي: - ارتفاع مستوى استخدام الوسائط الالكترونية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة في الملتقيات الافتراضية والنشر الالكتروني لأبحاثهم مما يساهم في الرفع من جودة البحث العلمي - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في مستوى استخدام الوسائط الالكترونية، تعزى لمتغير الانتماء لمخبر الكلية. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في مستوى استخدام الوسائط الالكترونية، تعزى لمتغير الصفة العلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوسائط الالكترونية، جودة البحث العلمي، النشر الالكتروني، الملتقيات الافتراضية، أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية.
