عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية بين دور الأسرة وتحديات العولمة

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الأسرة مؤسسة اجتماعية في غاية الأهمية، لما لها من أثر في حياة الفرد، وفي تقويم سلوكه، فالأسرة هي المحورالذي تدورحوله عناصر تكوين الشخصية، فهي أول بيئة تضم الطفل وأول مصدر لتكوين خبرته في الحياة، ويكتسب شخصية تكون ذات سمات معينة. وتقوم الأسرة بعملية التنشئة الاجتماعية، وهذا بإكساب أطفالها المعارف، والمهارات المختلفة، والصفات الشخصية، التي تساعدهم في التعامل مع الأسرة والآخرين، فالتنشئة الاجتماعیة من الموضوعات المهمة والمطروحة بشكل هائل في الدراسات الاجتماعیة لأنها تعتبر العمود الفقري للمجتمع لأنه وبصلاحیتها یصلح المجتمع. وانطلاقا من أهمیة الأسرة ودروها الفعال في التنشئة الاجتماعية لأفراد المجتمع، جاءت دراستنا البحثية هذه لتسلط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الأسرة في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية في خضم التغيرات الاجتماعية الحاصلة في المجتمع خصوصا في ظل تحديات العولمة، هذه الأخيرة التي أثرت وبشكل كبير على دور ومهام الأسرة في عملية التنشئة من خلال اختلاف وظائفها وأدوارها، وكذا أشكالها والتي ساهمت في تغير نمط وسلوك الأفراد مما أحدثت تغيرا في سلوكيات الفرد والمجتمع. ABSTRACT: The family is considered a very important social institution, because of its impact on the life of the individual, and in correcting his behavior. The family is the axis around which the elements of personality formation revolve. The family carries out the process of socialization, by providing its children with the knowledge, various skills, and personal characteristics that help them in dealing with the family and others. Socialization is one of the important topics raised in social studies because it is considered the backbone of society because with its validity, the community is fit. And based on the importance of the family and its effective role in the socialization of the members of society, this research study came to shed light on the role that the family plays in the process of socialization in the midst of the social changes taking place in society, especially in light of the challenges of globalization, the latter of which greatly affected the role and tasks of the family. In the process of upbringing through its different functions and roles, as well as its forms, which contributed to changing the pattern and behavior of individuals, which brought about a change in the behavior of the individual and society.
