ظاهرة العنف الأسري في المجتمع الجزائري بين الأسباب والآثار

الملخص
تعتبر الأسرة اللبنة الأساسية لبناء المجتمع ومصدر قوته من خلال تكوين وتربية الأفراد في ظل التنشئة الاجتماعية والعوامل المؤثرة فيها، فهي معرضة لمختلف المخاطر التي تهدد استقرارها وسلامتها وكيان المجتمع بأكمله، ومن بين هذه المخاطر العنف الأسري، حيث يمثل أكثر خطورة على الأسرة و المجتمع. ويكتسي موضوع العنف الأسري أهمية بالغة لدى جميع المؤسسات نظرا لتأثيره البالغ في المجتمع بصفة عامة والأسرة بصفة خاصة، ولقد عرف موضوع العنف الأسري منذ قديم الزمان، وتأخذ ظاهرة العنف عدة أشكال متعددة سواء داخل الأسرة أوخارجها. وعلى هذا الأساس تتمحور دراستنا حول أسباب وأثار العنف الأسري وانعكاساته في المجتمع، والبحث في آليات العلاج. ABSTRACT The family is the basic building block of society and the source of its strength through the formation and upbringing of individuals in light of social upbringing and the factors affecting it. It is exposed to various risks that threaten its stability, safety and the whole of society. Among these risks is domestic violence, which represents more danger to the family and society. The issue of domestic violence has importance to all institutions due to its big impact on society in general and the family in particular. The issue of domestic violence has been known since ancient times, and the phenomenon of violence takes many forms, both inside and outside the family. On this basis, our study focuses on the causes and effects of domestic violence and its repercussions in society, and research on treatment mechanisms.
