منهج الإمام الشافعي في توثيق الرواة

الملخص
يدرس البحث "في جزئه الأول" مصطلحات الإمام الشافعي في تعديل الرواة خاصة، ومعرفة مراده منها للتوصل إلى درجته من حيث التشدد والتساهل.فقدم ترجمة مختصرة للشافعي وبيان منزلته في علم الجرح والتعديل، ثم قام بتقسيم مصطلحات الشافعي في توثيق الرواة إلى مراتب وفق مراتب الجرح والتعديل. وكل ذلك وفق منهج استقراء هذه المصطلحات، ثم تصنيفها حسب قوتها، فدراستها ومقارنتها بأقوال غيره من النقاد لاستخلاص النتائج. ملاحظة: تكملة الجزء الثاني في المجلد 9، العدد 2. The primary focus of this research paper, "part one", is to analyze the assessment of Hadith narrators. An in-depth understanding of his intent is crucial in determining the extent of his strictness or leniency. The research includes a a brief biography of Imam Shafi that shows his rank in the science of discrediting and endorsement "al-JarH wat-Ta'deel". The research ends with dividing Imam Shafi’s terminologies of documenting the narrators' levels according to the "al-JarH wat-Ta'deel" science. This is all carried out in accordance with the process of analyzing these terminologies, organizing them according to their strength, and studying and comparing them with the perspectives of other critics to arrive at outcomes.
