الملخص

يُعدُّ كتاب" الخلافيّات بين الإمامين الشافعي وأبي حنيفة وأصحابه " من أهم كُتب الإمام البيهقي التي تدل على شخصيته الحديثية، فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتقف على معالم منهجية نقد الرواة عنده في هذا السِفر العظيم. وقد بيّنت الدراسة أنّ عمليّة نقد الرواة عند الإمام البيهقي شاملة للجرح والتعديل، بعبارات فنيّة جمعت بين أصالة المنهج وتنوع العبارة، مع حدّة في النظر وشدّة في العِناية، كما أثبتت الدراسة أنّ أحكامه اتسمت بالجِدّية وعدَم التقليد لمن سبقه من النقاد، وأنّ الإمام البيهقي من الأئمة النقاد والمتمرسين في علم الجريح والتعديل ونقد الرجال، وله قدم راسخة في هذا العلم، كما شهد له بذلك أهل الفنّ والصنعة. Abstrakt : The book "The Differences between imams Shafi'i and Abu Hanifa and his companions" is one of the most important books of Imam Al-Beheqi, which indicates his scientific personality, and this study came to stand on the parameters of the methodology of criticism of the narrators in this great travel. The study showed that the process of criticizing the narrators of Imam Al-Beheqi is comprehensive for wounding and modification, in artistic terms that combined the originality of the curriculum with the diversity of the phrase, with sharp consideration and intensity of care, and the study also proved that his judgments were characterized by seriousness and lack of tradition for his predecessors critics, and that Imam Al-Beheqi is a critical imam and experienced in Science of discrediting or confirming the reliability of narrators, and has a solid foot in this science, as witnessed by the people of art and workmanship
