الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية تفاصيل زيارة "محمد عبده" لمدينة الجزائر 1903م ونتائجها في خضَّم بروز سياسة أهليَّة فرنسية جديدة وما نتج عنها من ظهور حراك ثقافي باكورة القرن العشرين، وتطرقت إلى خلفيات ودواعي هذه الرحلة، وطبيعة النشاطات الفكرية التي تخللتها وسط الرقابة الشديدة من الإدارة الاستعمارية، ثم تبيان صداها وتداعياتها على النخبة والجماهير العاصميَّة في إرساء الحزب العبدوي وأتباع الجامعة الاسلامية بالجزائر؛ والذي قاده كل من: "ابن سماية"، "ابن الخوجة"، "راسم"، "بن قدور"... كما شهدت المدينة في أعقابها ميلاد الحركة الصحفية، والجمعوية، وإحياء التراث التاريخي، وإعادة أواصر التواصل بين الجزائر والعالم الإسلامي. This paper the details of the historical visit "Mohamed Abdou» to the city of Algiers in the 1903 AD and its effects in the midst of a new French, in addition to the resulting crystallization of the cultural movement that swept the Algerian capital at the beginning of the twentieth century. The study dealt with the background and circumstances of this trip, the nature of the intellectual activities that it was exposed to amid the intensive supervision of the colonial administration, then showed its resonance and consequences for the elite and the metropolitan masses, by resurrecting the reform movement in them, and establishing the pillars of the Abadawi party and the followers of the Islamic University of Algeria Moreover, the Algerian capital witnessed the birth of the Journalistic and association
