الملخص
يشكل نقل البضائع الخطرة مصدر قلق متزايد للعالم البحري ، لذلك فمن الضروري إتباع بعض الأحكام فيما يتعلق بنقل البضائع الخطرة و إجراء تحديد دقيق لهذه البضائع من أجل تكييفها و لاسيما تلك المتعلقة بالتعبئة والتغليف والشحن بسبب خصائصها الفيزيائية والكيميائية فمنها المتفجرة، السامة،و أهم نتيجة توصلنا إليها هي ضرورة وضع قائمة تحدد البضائع الخطرة و مكان تواجدها بالسفينة و كدا تصنيف هذه البضائع إلى رتب حسب درجة خطورتها. The transport of dangerous goods is a growing concern for the maritime world, therefore it is necessary to comply with certain provisions concerning the transport of dangerous goods, And a precise identification of these goods in order to fit them Particularly those related to packaging and charging due to their physical and chemical properties, which are explosive, toxic ,and the most important result that we have reached is the need to establish a list specifying the dangerous goods and their location on the ship, and this is how these goods are classified in ranks according to the degree of their dangerous.
