سبيل البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية Information Quality: The Way For Scientific Research To Achieve Development

الملخص
In the context of the researcher’s endeavour to learn more about the subject of his research and to delve into its secrets, in order to answer the research problems he raised, and the hypotheses he established, to reach sound and accurate scientific results in which he hopes to provide a forward-looking vision and objective solutions to society in order to achieve development and advance the wheel of progress. He uses tools and techniques to gather information imposed by the nature of the subject and the field of specialization, and which are controlled by the researcher’s skills in scrutiny, analysis, analysis, auditing, interpretation, extracting important indicators and making proposals for solutions, and in general his ability to create creativity and innovation.However, this quest will not be free from the obstacles that will hinder him, sometimes discouraging his determination and performance, and sometimes diverting between his goals and objectives, so that the researcher remains divided between his quests to achieve the quality of information and overcoming the obstacles في إطار سعي الباحث للاطّلاع أكثر على موضوع بحثه والغوص في خباياه، بغية الإجابة على المشكلات البحثية التي طرحها، والفرضيات التي أقامها، للوصول إلى نتائج علمية سليمة ودقيقة يأمل بها تقديم رؤية إستشرافية وحلول موضوعية للمجتمع في سبيل تحقيق التنمية والنهوض بعجلة الرقي والتقدُّم، يستعين بأدوات وتقنيات لجمع المعلومة تفرضها طبيعة الموضوع ومجال التخصُّص، وتتحكَّم فيها مهارات الباحث في التمحيص والتحليل والتدقيق والتفسير واستخراج المؤشِّرات الهامة وتقديم مقترحات للحلول، وبصفة عامة قدرته على خلق الإبداع والابتكار، غير أنّ سعيه هذا سوف لن يكون خاليًا من المعوِّقات التي ستعترضه فتُثني من عزيمته وأدائه أحيانًا، وتحول بين غاياته وأهدافه أحيانًا أخرى، ليبقى الباحث منشطرًا بين سعيه لتحقيق جودة المعلومة وتخطي المعوِّقات.
