الملخص

Abstract: The study aimed to find out the quality of students scientific research and their commitment to ethical standards in their research from the point of view of teaching members ,The results of the study demonstrated responses to a moderate degree in each of the areas of ethics related to the selection of themes, ethics related to the theoretical framework, ethics related to the procedures of the study and the data collection, ethics related to data processing, ethics related to the presentation, analysis and discussion of results.
