الملخص

الملخص تعتبر المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية من بين أهم المؤسسات الجوارية التي استحدثتها الدولة الجزائرية في الألفية الثالثة لخدمة فئات المجتمع، وتعمل على ترقيته وتنشئته فكريا واجتماعيا وتعمل هذه المؤسسات جاهدة من منطلق المسؤولية الاجتماعية الملقاة على عاتقها، وعلى عاتق الكفاءات البشرية العاملة بها إلى إبراز تلك المسؤولية الاجتماعية في إطار ممارسة نشاطهم اليومي . تتوفر الجزائر حاليا على 42 مكتبة رئيسية للمطالعة العمومية، موزعة عبر ربوع الوطن والتي تم تشييدها إلى حد الآن، فدراستنا سوف ترتكز على مكتبات الغرب الجزائري كعينة مختارة من بعض المكتبات الرئيسية للنظر لواقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية بهذه المكتبات، وسوف نسلط الضوء في هذه الدراسة الميدانية على دور الكفاءات البشرية بها في دعم وإبراز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية . Abstract: The principle libraries of public reading is considered as among an important institution neighborhood that is created by Algeria in the third thousand to serve different social categories, and play for its thinkable and sociable integration and promotion, as well it operates so hard that these institutions in term of the social responsibilities, and on the human responsibilities work on it to the appear that social responsibilities surrounding of practicing their daily activities. Currently, Algeria has 42 principle library of public reading that is distributed over the country in which it is built until nowadays. Thus, our study will focus on the Algerian Western Libraries as sample is selected from some principle libraries to see the real social responsibilities in these libraries. So, we will highlight this field study about the role of human competencies in the support and accentuate the social responsibilities of the principle libraries of public reading
