الملخص
تعتبر مكتبات المطالعة العمومية أو مدرسة الشعب كما يقال لها من أبرز المؤسسات الثقافية والعلمية في المجتمعات،والتي تعبر عن مدى تطور وارتقاء الشعوب ونموذج واضح لوعيها الفكري ومستواها العلمي والثقافي،لما لها من دور فعال في أداء العملية التنموية للمجتمع من خلال مختلف الخدمات العلمية والثقافية التي تقدمها لفئات المجتمع المختلفة،كما تقوم بالمحافظة على القيم والتراث الثقافي والحضاري المادي واللامادي للبلاد الذي يزيد من التماسك الاجتماعي والانتماء الثقافي للشعوب،يهدف هذا البحث إلى التطرق إلى أهم المفاهيم حول مكتبة المطالعة العمومية وأهميتها في المجتمع ومهامها، كذلك التعرف على ماهية التراث اللامادي وأنواعه وأخيرا التعرف عن قرب على أهم النشاطات الثقافية التي تقوم بها مكتبة المطالعة العمومية لولاية سيدي بلعباس لإحياء التراث اللامادي وتثمينه حتى يرسخ في ذهن أفراد المجتمع المحلي، من خلال مختلف التظاهرات التي ترمز للتراث اللامادي من عادات وتقاليد وإحياء مختلف الأعياد الدينية والتاريخية. Public reading libraries or the People’s School, as they are called, are considered among the most prominent cultural and scientific institutions in society, which express the extent of development and advancement of peoples and a clear model of their intellectual awareness and their scientific and cultural level, because of their effective role in performing the development process of society through various scientific and cultural services that It provides it to the different groups of society, and it also preserves the country’s material and immaterial cultural and civilizational values and heritage, which increases social cohesion and cultural belonging to peoples.
