الملخص
تعالج الورقة البحثية مسألة غاية في الأهمية في الاقتصاد السياسي الدولي، حيث تحاول الورقة تبيان مسارات وتجارب التكامل الاقتصادي الدولية بين اتجاهين أساسيين في الاقتصاد الدولي هما العولمة والإقليمية. تطرقت الورقة إلى التداخل الحاصل بين المفهومين نظريا، وواقعيا من خلال تفاعل الوحدات والمنظمات الدولية، استشهادا بالواقع الدولي في توضيح علاقة العولمة بالإقليمية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ العصر الذّي نعيشه هو عصر التكتلات الاقتصادية، وأنّ النزوع نحو إقامة التكتلات الإقليمية الاقتصادية ميزة النظام العالمي المعاصر، وأنّ العولمة حقيقة ثابتة، تبدأ من عولمة الاقتصاد إلى عولمة القيم والمعتقدات والثقافة على حد سواء. كما أنّ مستقبل الاقتصاد السياسي الدولي يتجه نحو القومية مثلما هو الحال بخروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي؛ حيث تصبح المحلية حلا وسطا بين الإقليمية والعولمة، في مقابل ذلك، التوجه نحو عولمة بديلة في صورة الإقليمية المفتوحة أو العابرة للقارات كردة فعل عن الأمركة. The research paper treats a very important issue in the international political economy. It attempts to identify the paths and experiences of international economic integration between two main trends in the international economy, globalization and regionalism. The paper dealt with the interference between the two concepts, theoretically and realistically, through the interaction of units and international organizations, by citing the international reality in clarifying the relationship of globalization with regionalism. The study found that the era, in which we live, is the era of economic blocs, and the tendency towards establishing regional economic blocs is an advantage of the contemporary global system, and that globalization is a constant fact, starting from the globalization of the economy to the globalization of values, beliefs and culture alike. Moreover, the future of the international political economy is heading towards nationalism, as the case of Britain’s exit from the European Union, where localism becomes a compromise between regionalism and globalization, in return, the trend toward alternative globalization in the form of open regionalism or intercontinental as a reaction to Americanization.
