الملخص
يهدف مجتمع المعرفة إلى جعل الفرد منتجا مبتكرا للمعرفة بدل أن يكون مستهلكا لها، فالقضية ليست في التزامن المعرفي مع الآخر وإنما في كيفية استثمار هذه المعارف وفي كيفية توظيفها في سياقها ومنه إلى ابتكار معارف جديدة تساهم في الرقي الحضاري بشكل متفاوت يرجع في تفاوته إلى تفاوت حسن الاستثمار المعرفي، ويقابل مجتمع المعرفة مجتمع المعلومة الذي يرى فيهما الكثير أنهما يشكلان مجتمعا واحدا لتأتي ورقتنا البحثية هذه بهدف تحديد وضبط ماهية مجتمع المعرفة حتى لايقع الخلط مع مفهوم مجتمع المعلومة، كما تهدف إلى تبيان العلاقة القائمة بينهما، معتمدين في ذلك المنهج التحليلي المقارن الذي أسفر عن نتائج في ضبط تصور كليهما وبالتالي تجنب الخلط القائم في الاستخدام العلمي الوظيفي لهما باعتبار أنّ لكل منهما ركائز يقوم عليها ومنطلقات تقوم عليها مؤسساتهما The knowledge society aims to make the individual an innovative product of knowledge instead of being a consumer, the issue is not in the synchronization of knowledge with the other but in how to invest this knowledge and how to employ it in its context and from it to create new knowledge that contributes to the advancement of civilization in a different way due to the disparity due to the disparity in the good of knowledge investment, Our research paper aims to identify and control what is both knowledge society and information society, as well as to show the relationship between them, adopting in that comparative analytical approach that resulted in results in adjusting the perception of both and thus avoiding the confusion that exists in the functional scientific use For each of them.
