الملخص
ملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى تقديم تفسير وفهم للحركية السريعة والتحولات التي تقودها تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من خلال الوقوف على المخاطر التي قد تجلبها معها وذلك من منظور أولريش بيك مفهوم "مجتمع المخاطرة"، ومن زاوية أكثر تفاؤلا بأن هذه التكنولوجيا ستقود الإنسانية إلى الحياة الكريمة حسب مانويل كاستيلس من منظور "مجتمع الشبكات". الخروج بنتائج منها ضرورة فهم وتصور كيفية التعامل والتعايش مع هذه البيئة التكنولوجية الجديدة لعصر ما بعد الحداثة، أيضا لا يجب أن نكون فريسة للشك والخوف والمخاطر لأن الإنسان من خلال عقله هو سيد نفسه وهو من يقرر مصيره ويتحكم فيه. Abstract: Our study aims to provide an explanation and understanding of the rapid mobility and transformations led by information and communications technology by identifying the risks that it may bring with it, from the perspective of Ulrich Beck’s concept of the “risk society,” and from a more optimistic angle that this technology will lead humanity to a decent life, according to Manuel Castells from the 'network society' perspective. Coming up with results including the necessity of understanding and imagining how to deal and coexist with this new technological environment of the post-modern era. Also, we should not be prey to doubt, fear and risks because the human being, through his mind, is the master of himself and is the one who decides and controls his destiny.
