الملخص
يتميز المجتمع الحضري اليوم بتحولات كثيرة على مستوى الأخلاق والقيم، انعكست في شكل ممارسات تميزت بها المدينة ودخلت ضمن دائرة التلوث الذي يحيط بها، فأصبحت تشكل تهديدا حقيقيا على المجتمع الجزائري وهويته، من حيث الأخلاق والقيم والمعاملات، فغيرت ذهنيات وسلوكيات وعلاقات الأفراد، واستهلكت كل ما تنتجه المجتمعات الغربية التي أوجدت لنا أزمة قيم حقيقية شهدها المجتمع الجزائري، وعلى غرار هذا تسعى هذه المقالة لتسليط الضوء على شكل جديد من التلوث وهو التلوث الأخلاقي، الذي ألقى بظلاله على المدينة وساكنيها في كل مجالات الحياة، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم الأخلاق والتلوث الأخلاقي، مصادره ومظاهره وارتباطه بالمدينة. Today; urban society is characterized by many transformations at the level of moral and values, which were reflected in the form of the practices that characterized the city and entered within the circle of pollution that surrounds it; and became areal defining factor for Algerian society and its identity in terms of morals values and transasactions it changed mindsets behaviours and relationships of individuals, and consumed _everything produced by western societies that created for us a real of values witnessed by Algerian society and along the lines of this article seeks to shed light on a new from of pollution which is moral pollution which cast a shadow the over the city and its inhabitants in all areas of life, this study has dealt with the concept of morality and pollution ethics its sources and appearances and its association with the city
