المخططات المعرفية غير التكيفية عند مرضى السرطان Non-adaptive Cognitive Schemes In Cancer Patients

الملخص
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن مجموعة من المخططات المعرفية غير التكيفية الأكثر تأثيرا وبروزا لدى الأفراد المصابين بمرض السرطان، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي، وقد شملت الدراسة عينة من (59) فرد يعانون من مرض السرطان، 8 ذكور و51 أنثى بمستشفى بمدينة خنشلة . وقد تم استخدام مقياس جيفري يونغ للمخططات المعرفية غير التكيفية المختصر في صيغته الجديدة بعدها تم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها إحصائيا وبعد تحليل البيانات إحصائيا توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تختلف مستويات تأثير كل مخطط غير تكيفي عند مرضى السرطان. - المخططات الثلاثة الأكثر نشاطا لدى الأشخاص المصابين بمرض السرطان هي بالترتيب التالي: مخطط التضحية والذي صنف ضمن مجال التوجه المفرط نحو الآخرين. ومخطط الحقوق الشخصية المتطلبة والمفرطة في المرتبة الثانية والذي كان ضمن مجال نقص الحدود العجز في وضع الحدود وعدم المسؤولية. ومخطط الشعور بالتخلي والإهمال /عدم الاستقرار صنف في المرتبة الثالثة والذي جاء ضمن مجال الانفصال والرفض. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المخططات المعرفية غير التكيفية من حيث استعمالها من المصابين بالسرطان تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. إلا مخطط المثاليات المتطلبة والنقد المفرط توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الإناث. This study sought to search for a set of non-adaptive cognitive schemes that are most influential and prominent among individuals with cancer. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was followed. The study included a sample of (59) individuals suffering from cancer, 8 males and 51 females, in a hospital in Khenchela. . The Jeffrey Young Abbreviated Non-Adaptive Cognitive Schema Scale was used in its new form, after which the obtained data were processed statistically, and after analyzing the data statistically, this study reached the following results: - The effect levels of each maladaptive scheme differ in cancer patients. - The three most active striatums in people with cancer are, in the following order: Sacrifice scheme, which is classified within the field of excessive orientation towards others. And the scheme of demanding and excessive personal rights in the second place, which was within the field of lack of limits, inability to set limits and irresponsibility. And the feeling of abandonment and neglect / instability scheme was ranked third, which came within the domain of separation and rejection. - There are no statistically significant differences in the non-adaptive cognitive schemes in terms of their use by patients with cancer due to the gender variable in favor of females. Except for the scheme of demanding ideals and excessive criticism, there are statistically significant differences in favor of females.
