ملخص : نسلط الضوء من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع مهم جدا في العلاقات الدولية في الفترة الراهنة، وهو موضوع التدخل العسكري الإنساني الذي يعتبر موضوع الساعة نظرا لتداعياته وانعكاساته على المستوى الدولي،بسبب المستويات العميقة التي بلغها هذا الموضوع ولا سيما في الأزمة السورية فبعد تدويل القضية وقدرتها على استقطاب كبير للحلفاء الأجانـب والداعمين الدوليين، وتحويلها إقليميا إلى ميدان لتحقيق توازنات مختلفة بين القوى الإقليمية الدولية، حيث يذهب دعاة شرعية التدخل العسكري الإنساني في سوريا إلى أن التدخل الإنساني لا ينتهك مبدأ سيادة الدولة واستقلالها ، إذا كان هدفه وقف الانتهاكات الصارخة لحقوق الإنسان التي يمارسها ضده النظام السوري . تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على التدخل العسكري الإنساني الروسي في سوريا أين عملت روسيا على استعادة نفوذها بدائرته السوفيتية السابقة، وتكريس دورها كلاعب عالمي مؤثر في الأزمة السورية .
