الظاهرة الإرهابية في الدول الأوروبية: دراسة في الأسباب واستراتيجيات المواجهة

الملخص
ملخص: ستحاول هذه الدراسة الإحاطة بالظاهرة الإرهابية في الدول الأوروبية، انطلاقا من الأحداث التي شهدتها تلك الدول في السنوات الأخيرة وما ترتب عنه من تهديد للأمن الأوروبي ، وهذا ما جعل الدول التي مسها التهديد الإرهابي تقوم بوضع استراتيجيات لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة على شكل انفرادي، يتماشى مع طبيعة كل دولة ومدى تأثير الهجومات الإرهابية، وكذا على شكل استراتيجيات جماعية تخص الدول جميعا وفق السياسة الخارجية للاتحاد الأوروبي . تسعى هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى محاولة فهم الازدواجية التي تعاملت بها الدول مع الظاهرة الإرهابية؛ فعندما يكون مرتكب الهجوم ذو أصول عربية أو إسلامية نلاحظ تهويلا إعلامياً مبالغاً فيه وتوصف مباشرة إرهابا إسلاميا، حيث يتم إصدار استراتيجيات لمواجهة الإرهاب تكون عنصرية نوعا ما، مقارنة بتلك التي توضع عندما يتعلق الأمر بمرتكبي الهجمات ذو الأصول الغربية حيث يتم إرجاع ذلك إلى الضغوطات النفسية والعقلية . كلمات مفتاحية: الإرهاب، الدول الأوروبية، الإستراتيجية ،الازدواجية. :Abstract Through this study, we will try to capture the terrorist phenomenon in European countries, starting from the events that these countries have witnessed in recent years, and the consequent threat to European security, and this is what made the countries that have been touched by the terrorist threat to develop strategies to counter this phenomenon unilaterally, in line with The nature of each country and the extent of the impact of terrorist attacks, as well as in the form of collective strategies for all countries in accordance with the European Union foreign .policy This study also seeks to try to understand the ambivalence with which European countries have dealt with the terrorist phenomenon, where when the perpetrator of the attack is of Arab or Islamic origin, the media is intrigued, and the issuance of confrontational strategies that ar somewhat racist, compared to those that they place when it concerns the perpetrators of attacks of Western origin This is due to psychological .and mental stress .Keywords: terrorism, European countries, strategy, duplication
