الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر اللاجئ من الأشخاص الذين توفر لهم الحماية الدولية وفق مجموعة من القوانين أهمها: اتفاقية 1951 اللاجئين والبروتوكول الملحق بها، كون اللاجئ هو الشخص الذي هجر دولته مضطهدا بسبب الدين أو العرق أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب رأي سياسي، مما يجعل اللاجئ في وضع قانوني في البلد المستقبل له حقوق يتمتع بها وواجبات يلتزم بها للحفاظ على النظام العام في دولة اللجوء. Abstract: A refugee is considered one of the persons to whom international protection is provided according to a set of laws, the most important of which are: The 1951 Refugee Convention and the Protocol annexed thereto.The fact that a refugee is a person who has left his country persecuted because of his religion, race, nationality, membership in a certain social group, or because of a political opinion, which puts the refugee in a legal situation in the receiving country with rights he enjoys and duties that he is bound to maintain publicorder in the country of asylum
