إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني وعلاقتها بفاعلية الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مدى تأثير تطبيق إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني لزيادة فاعلية الإدارة الصفية، ولقد تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال اعتماد استبيانين يخص التعلم التعاوني واستبيان يخص الإدارة الصفية وقد اشتمل على ( 30 ) عبارة لكل استبيان . تم تطبيق هذا الاستبيان على عينة بلغ عددها ( 40 ) معلما ومعلمة للغة العربية من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة البليدة . وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار ألفا كرومباخ. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن درجة موافقة عالية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على الدور الذي تلعبه إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني عند تطبيقها بصورة صحيحة على زيادة فاعلية الإدارة الصفية حتى تمكن المعلمين من تنفيذ الدروس بكل فاعلية ومرونة وتفاعل مع تلاميذهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني؛ فاعلية الإدارة الصفية. أساتذة اللغة العربية للتعليم الابتدائي . Abstract : The current study aimed to identify the extent of the effect of applying the cooperative learning strategy to increase the effectiveness of classroom management. The descriptive analytical approach was applied by adopting a questionnaire related to cooperative learning and a questionnaire related to classroom management, and it included (30) phrases for each of the two study variables. This questionnaire was applied to a sample of (40) teachers of the Arabic language from the primary stage in the Blida region. In order to answer the study questions, the arithmetic means and standard deviations were extracted, in addition to using the Krumbach's alpha test. The results of the study revealed a high degree of agreement among the members of the study sample on the role played by the cooperative learning strategy when applied correctly on increasing the effectiveness of classroom management, which enables teachers to implement lessons effectively, flexibly and interact with their students, and the study concluded with the following recommendations: - The need to use the cooperative learning strategy, and diversify in it at various stages, in order to bring the educational process out of stagnation into modernity and diversity. -The necessity of training teachers and training them in the field of cooperative learning strategy in order to control it in order to employ it in the best way to achieve quality in education. - Carrying out in-depth and accurate survey studies on large samples to verify the extent to which the cooperative learning strategy is used and to identify the difficulties of implementing it to face them in order to improve the teaching learning process.
