الهوية الوطنية الجزائرية بين الإرث الحضاري ورهانات العولمة The Algerian National Identity Between The Civilizational Heritage And The Bets Of Globalization

الملخص

إذا كان من الضروري التسليم بفكرة أن العولمة هي آلة هادمة للهويات، من الضروري أيضا التمعن في رد الفعل الذي يتشكل تجاه محاولات العولمة في بسط نفوذها بمختلف أدواتها على غرار التكنولوجيات المعاصرة، فبقدر التقارب الذي أنتجته بأن جعلت العالم كله قرية كونية واحدة فإنها بالمقابل قد جعلت التمايز والخصوصيات سمة مميزة للهويات المختلفة، فأصبحت الشعوب تسعى لاكتشاف أساطيرها ورموزها وترسيخ ذاكرتها وتعزيز تراثها ولغتها كرد فعل للتذويب والإقصاء الذي تنتجه العولمة. فبين الإرث الحضاري الجزائري من جهة، وبين الثقافة العولمية من جهة أخرى جاءت الدراسة الحالية بهدف البحث في تموقع الهوية الجزائرية ضمن "الفلكلور الكوكبي"، وآليات مواجهتها للعولمة، لتنتهي إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الهوية الوطنية يعاد إنتاجها استنادا للإرث الحضاري بجعله واقعا معيشا، دون إجراء قطيعة مع الانفتاح على العالم ومعاصرته. *** If it is necessary to accept that globalization is an identity destroyer, it is necessary as well to consider the formed reaction towards globalization’s attempts to extend its influence using various tools, because the more it produces convergence by making the whole world one global village, the more it makes particularities as distinguishing feature of identities; where people seek to discover their myths, symbols and consolidate their memory, heritage and language. So between the Algerian cultural heritage, and the globalized culture, the present study aims to position the Algerian identity within the “planetary folklore”, and the mechanisms by which it faces globalization, to conclude that the national identity is reproduced based on the cultural heritage by making it a "living reality", without a break with openness to the world.
