Confronting The Crime Of Illegal Speculation In The Algerian Law

Abstract
Objectives: This research aims to identify how the crime of illegal speculation takes place and ways to confront it . Methodology: In this study, we followed the analytical approach, Results: The legislator Setting mechanisms to combat illegal speculation, whether at the central or local level, with a focus on the role of civil society and the media in combating crime. Conclusion: Illegal speculation affects the market and trade through its impact on supply and demand, and given its seriousness, the Algerian legislator did not just criminalized it ,but also monitored a number of mechanisms to confront it, the latter varies between legislative mechanisms through its approval of a number of laws to limit them; in addition to central and local administrative mechanisms, and procedural mechanisms.
