دور التعليم الريادي في تفعيل المقاولاتية في أوساط الطلبة - مبادرة الاستثمار وريادة الأعمال في التعليم العام والجامعي "ريادي" نموذجا

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور وإسهامات التعليم الريادي في تفعيل المقاولاتية بشكل عام وفي أوساط الطلبة على وجه الخصوص باعتبارهم الطرف الأكثر قدرة وكفاءة على الإبداع والابتكار ومن ثم الولوج إلى القطاع المقاولاتي والمساهمة في خلق الثروة ودعم الاقتصاد، وتتناول هذه الدراسة شقين أحدهما نظري تم فيه التطرق للأدبيات النظرية للموضوع والآخر تطبيقي تم فيه عرض أحد التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال ألا وهي مبادرة الاستثمار وريادة الأعمال في التعليم العام والجامعي "ريادي" كنموذج ناجح، والتي تعد إحدى مبادرات برنامج التحول الوطني 2020 المنفذة في وزارة التعليم السعودية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مبادرة ريادي تساهم بشكل كبير في إكساب الطالب مهارات سوق العمل، وترسيخ ثقافة المقاولاتية وتحفز الطلبة على العمل الحر والاستثمار في مشاريع خاصة بهم كذا توفير البيئة الحاضنة والملائمة لهم للإبداع والابتكار ودعمهم للاستثمار في التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال مشاريع فعلية تقدم منتجات وخدمات في شتى المجالات الصناعية والخدمية والتجارية. Abstract: This study aimed to shed light on the role and contributions of entrepreneurial education in activating entrepreneurship in general and among students in particular as they are the most capable and efficient party to create and innovate and then enter the entrepreneurial sector and contribute to wealth creation and support the economy. This study deals with two aspects, one of which is theoretical. In it, the theoretical literature on the subject was discussed, and the other was applied, in which one of the successful experiences in this field was presented, which is the investment and entrepreneurship initiative in public and university education “Riyaadi” as a successful model, which is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program 2020 implemented in the Saudi Ministry of Education. : The study concluded that the “Riyaadi” initiative contributes significantly to providing students with labor market skills, consolidating the culture of entrepreneurship, motivating students to self-employment and investing in their own projects, as well as providing an incubating and appropriate environment for them to create and innovate and support them to invest in economic development through actual projects that are presented.
