اللغة الإنجليزية في عصر الابتكار وريادة الأعمال وصولاً لرؤية 2030

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التأكد من مدى استيفاء طالبات قسم اللغة الإنجليزية لمهارات المستقبل في العصر الحالي الذي يركز على الابتكار وريادة الأعمال؛ لتلبية طموحات رؤية2030، وذلك من خلال تفعيل البعد السادس ببرنامج التحول الوطني2020 (تمكين فئات المجتمع من دخول سوق العمل ورفع جاذبيته)، والتركيز على الهدف الاستراتيجي المرتبط به: 4-2-2- زيادة مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل: زيادة مساهمة المرأة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، من خلال زيادة مشاركتها في سوق العمل في مختلف المجالات والمستويات الوظيفية، وفي جميع القطاعات المتاحة لعمل المرأة، وإزالة الحواجز التي تحول دون انضمامها لسوق العمل. حيث يستهدف تعزيز ثقافة العمل وتطوير المهارات (شخصية وفنية) لدى الطالبات للالتحاق بالقوى العاملة النشطة. وذلك من خلال تطبيق أداة البحث المتمثلة في استبيان على عينة من طالبات قسم اللغة الإنجليزية عام1439/1440هـ، وقياس مدى استيفائها مهارات المستقبل. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى: مهارات المستقبل تسهم في منح الجيل الحالي من الطالبات مزيداً من الخبرات المطلوبة التي يعد فيها الابتكار وريادة الأعمال المحور الرئيسي للإنتاجية والنمو الاقتصادي، الأمر الذي يضمن في النهاية توافق المخرجات التعليمية مع متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي. وأهم التوصيات: تضمين مهارات المستقبل ضمن موضوعات مقررات اللغة الإنجليزية، إشراك القطاع الخاص وغير الربحي في التدريب على مهارات المستقبل، وإثراء أساليب قياس مهارات المستقبل عن طريق البحوث الكمية والوصفية. This study aims to ascertain the extent to the English department student's future skills in the current era, which focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship; to meet the aspirations of Vision 2030, through the activation of the sixth dimension of the national transformation program 2020 (enable community groups to enter the labor market and raise its appeal), focus on the strategic objective associated: 4.2.2 increase women's participation in the labor market: increasing the contribution of women in economic and social development, by increasing their participation in the labor market in various fields and functional levels, and in all sectors available to women's work, and the removal of barriers Well without joining the labor market. Where it aims to promote the culture of work and develop the skills (personal and technical) of students to join the active workforce. Through the application search tool of a questionnaire on a sample of students in the English department in 1439/1440 AH, and measure how they meet the future skills. The results of the research: Future skills contribute to providing the current generation of students with the required expertise in which innovation and entrepreneurship are the focus of productivity and economic growth, which ultimately ensures the compatibility of educational outputs with the requirements of the knowledge economy. The main recommendations include: incorporating future skills into English language courses, engaging the private and nonprofit sectors in future skills training, and enriching future skills measurement techniques through quantitative and descriptive research.
