الملخص
الملخص : يعد التماسك الأسري من الآليات الاساسية لاستقرار واستمرارية هذه الخلية في المجتمع، وهو من المتطلبات الضرورية التي تمكن الأسرة من أداء وظائفها تجاه أفرادها وتجاه المجتمع، كما ان تماسكها يعد اللبنة الاساسية لتماسك المجتمع ككل، في المقابل فإن تحقيق ذلك التماسك داخل الأسرة يعد مسؤولية مشتركة بين أفراد الأسرة من جهة والمجتمع ككل من جهة أخرى. من هنا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية بهدف تحديد مفهوم التماسك الأسري، المرتكزات التي يقوم عليها والتحديات التي تواجهه على مستوى الأسرة والمجتمع بناء على ما يعرفه المجتمع الجزائري من تحولات سريعة على مختلف المستويات الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، الثقافية والسياسية، وقد تم التوصل من هذه الورقة الى أن التماسك الاسري يتحقق بتوفر جملة من الشروط، في المقابل تواجهه تحديات من داخل الاسرة ومن خارجها نابعة مما تعرفه الأسرة والمجتمع من تغيرات، كما خلصت الى عدد من التوصيات المساعدة على ترسيخ تماسك الأسرة. Abstract: Family cohesion is one of the basic mechanisms for the stability and continuity of this cell in society, and it is one of the necessary requirements that enable the family to perform its functions towards its members and towards society, and its cohesion is the basic building block for the cohesion of society as a whole, in turn, achieving that cohesion within the family is a shared responsibility between family members on the one hand and society as a whole on the other. From here came this research paper with the aim of defining the concept of family the pillars on which it is based and the challenges facing it at the level of the family and society based on the rapid transformations that Algerian society knows at various social, economic, cultural and political levels.it was concluded from this paper that family cohesion is achieved by the availability of a number of conditions, in return, it faces challenges from within the family and from outside stemming from the changes that the family and society know, and it also concluded a number of recommendations to help consolidate family cohesion.
