الملخص
الملخص: إن دراسة مقاصد القرآن الكريم هي أحد مسالك البحث في التفسير ومناهجه؛ وهذا ما جعلني أتوجه إلى الدرس القرآني التفسيري في جانبه المنهجي الموضوعي، وأردت أن أربط بين علم المقاصد الشرعية وهو علم كثر فيه التأليف والتحقيق والتجديد بعد انبثاقه عن علم أصول الفقه؛ وقد كان اهتمامنا بعلم مقاصد التشريع هو فكرة الاهتمام بالمقاصد القرآنية، والتي كانت قديمة مغمورة، وردت في بعض كتب العلماء القدامى وبعض المصنفين المتأخرين إلا أنها ظهرت بشكل جلي لدى الباحثين المعاصرين والشيوخ المحدثين الذين أدخلوا التقصيد والتعليل وبيان الحِكم والأسرار عند تفسير القرآن الكريم، ومع ذلك ظهر منهج التفسير المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم حديثا يعتبر إضافة جديدة في حفظ كتاب الله عز وجل وتسهيل معانيه وتفسيره وتدبره والاستنباط منه، وهذه الدراسة تتناول التقصيد القرآني من حيث مفهومه وتاريخه ومنطلقاته. الكلمات المفتاحية: التقصيد القرآني؛ مقاصد القرآن؛ التقصيد؛ مقاصد. Abstract: The study of the purposes of the Holy Qur’an is one of the paths of research in interpretation and its methods. This is what made me turn to the exegetical Quranic lesson in its methodological and objective aspect, and I wanted to link the science of legal purposes, which is a science in which authorship, investigation and renewal abound after it emerged from the science of the principles of jurisprudence. Our interest in the science of the purposes of legislation was the idea of interest in the Qur’anic purposes, which were ancient and obscure, and were mentioned in some books of ancient scholars and some late compilers, but they appeared clearly among contemporary researchers and modern sheikhs who introduced intentions, reasoning, and a statement of judgment and secrets when interpreting the Holy Qur’an. The approach of the intentional interpretation of the Holy Qur’an appeared recently, which is considered a new addition in memorizing the Book of God Almighty and facilitating its meanings, interpretation, reflection and deduction from it. This study deals with the Qur’anic intention in terms of its concept, history and starting points. Keywords: Quranic exegesis; purposes of the Qur’an; exegesis; purposes.
