الملخص
تشتمل الوثيقة المعتمد عليها على أحد عشر صفحة مكتوبة بالآلة الراقنة صادرة عن الحكومة العامة بالجزائر. تتحدث عن الأحوال العامة في المنطقة الجنوبية. وتشمل مناطق متعددة منها عين الصفراء ومشرية وبشار والبيض وأدرار وتندوف وتوغرت وغرداية وواد سوف والجلفة والاغواط. وتشمل المواضيع التالية: الوضعية العامة- تمركز رجال الثورة في المنطقة ونشاطاتهم- المساعدات المغربية والتونسية للثورة –نشاط قوات الأمن الفرنسية في المواجهة -الحالة النفسية والمادية للسكان المسلمين -الطرق الصوفية ونشاطاتها في المنطقة -الحالة النفسية للسكان الأوربيين. يستنتج من هذه الوثيقة مدى تغلغل الثورة بين الأوساط الشعبية الجزائرية، ومدى تأثير ذلك على أوضاع الفرنسيين عسكريين ومدنيين؛ بحيث أصبحت أوضاع الحرب الثورية هي الموضوع المسيطر على الحياة العامة في الجزائر. وتبين مدى استمرار الهجمات على المواقع الفرنسية والخسائر البشرية التي تؤدي إليها تلك الهجمات، التي تنوعت بين قطع لأعمدة الهاتف وتغيير مسارات السكة الحديدية.. وتواصل توافد الدعم من البلدان المغاربية المجاورة وتمدد الثورة نحو الجنوب أكثر فأكثر. ويتبين من ذلك أيضا قدرة الطرف الفرنسي على الحصول على معلومات شبه دقيقة عن قوات الثورة بمختلف الطرق والأساليب منها الاستحواذ على وثائق سرية للثورة وإلقاء القبض على بعض المجاهدين. وعلم الفرنسيين بأسماء الكثير من القادة والمسيرين ومكان تواجدهم وخططهم وطرق تسييرهم.
