Abstract

The aim of the reaserch was to assess the role of e-learning ; as a tool of academic studies Whether the organisation is a university, a school or a company, e-learning is a technique that has many advantages for both trainers and learners. Obviously, we d'ont have enough distance as concerns the e-learning efficiency given the very short period of study The prosperity of every nation is closery linked to scientific technological development progress is a short term objective in many fields (1) one of them is education as it is well ageed that we need to raise it to international standars via technique and tools , From the learner’s perspective, e-learning also has a number of advantages. First, e-learning training is adaptable to needs. This prevents students who have basic knowledge of a subject from being forced to review things they know. On the other hand, they may prefer more advanced content, while those who discover a domain can, on the other hand, focus on the elements of introduction to the subject. E-learning is also valued for its flexibility and adaptability. While face-to-face training is always planned at a fixed date and place, thanks to e-learning, the learner can decide when and where to train (except for training courses). for exemple , Virtual classes, lasting up to 2 hours, bring together small groups of online (distance) learners with a trainer. They can discuss, see each other, view documents, videos, create quizzes, share their screen through the tools available to them (Webex, Skype, etc.). These virtual classes are most often used to punctuate other remote work (start of work, corrections, questions/answers with the trainer, etc.) to facilitate the appropriation of content without mobilizing the face-to-face.
