الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال من خلال سياقاتها المفاهمية إلى تسليط الضوء على دور أخلاقيات العمل هوية العاملين فيها والمتعلقة بالمجال الطبي وشبه الطبي، لما تشمله طبيعة الوظيفة الحساسة الموكلة إلى الفريق الطبي المقيم بالمستشفى، وهذا من خلال سعينا لسبر غور الظاهرة الأخلاقية سوسيولوجيا وتبلور الهوية التنظيمية داخله. حيث توصلنا في هذه الورقة واستنادا على عديد الدراسات إلى أن الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل الوظيفي له الدور الكبير في ترسيخ الهوية التنظيمية من خلال تعزيز الانتماء وتأسس تلك الروابط الاجتماعية بين المورد البشرى و المؤسسة والعاملين فيها. This research paper aims, through its conceptual contexts and through theoretical datum, to shed light on the role of business ethics within the hospital in building the identity of its employees related to the medical and paramedical field, as it includes the nature of the sensitive job assigned to the medical team residing in the hospital, and this is through our endeavor to explore the moral phenomenon of sociology and crystallization of the organizational identity within it. Where we found in this paper, and based on many studies, that commitment to business ethics has a major role in establishing organizational identity by promoting affiliation and establishing those social ties between the human resource and the institution and its workers
