The Contribution Of Small & Medium Enterprises To Employment In Algeria (from 2010 To 2019)

Abstract
The present study aims to highlight the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and their contribution to job creation and alleviation unemployment in Algeria based on annual data between the periods of 2010-2019. In this study we used a set of statistical methods and graphs to analyse the data that we obtained from the official Algerian resources. In this study, we discussed the problem and then some concepts related to small and medium enterprises and their relationship to creating jobs, finally we analysed the data and reached the results related to this research, where the study concluded that small and medium enterprises in Algeria are fragile and do not contribute effectively to creating job opportunities, Where the unemployment rate is still high.
