اثر برنامج التعليم المنظم تيتش (teacch) في تنمية مهارات السلوك التكيفي لدى اطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد The Effect Of The Teacch Structured Education Program In Developing Adaptive Behavior Skills For Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على اثر برنامج التعليم المنظم تيتشteacch) ( في تنمية مهارات السلوك التكيفي لأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد ومعرفة مدى تنمية واستثارة بعض التعبيرات الانفعالية لطفل التوحد واكسابه مهارات في التواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي مع الاخرين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (04) اربعة اطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بدرجة بسيطة. استخدم الباحث اختبار البروفيل النفسو تربوي لأطفال التوحد-الاصدار الثالث (PEP-3) للقياس القبلي والبعدي البند الخاص بالسلوكات اللاتكيفية. وفي ضوء اهداف البحث وحدود فروضه وحجم العينة استخدم الباحث المعالجة الاحصائية اللامعلمية باستخدام اختبار ولكيكسون لعينتين مرتبطتين بين القياس القبلي والبعدي واظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى التعبير العاطفي, وفي مستوى التجاوب الاجتماعي, وفي مستوى الخصائص السلوكية الحركية, وفي مستوى الخصائص السلوكية اللفظية بين متوسطات درجات اطفال التوحد في القياسات القبلية والبعدية لاختبار البروفيل النفسو تربوي لأطفال التوحد-الاصدار الثالث (PEP-3) , ومنه دلت الدراسة على غياب اثر برنامج التعليم المنظم تيتشteacch) ( المطبق, وعليه لم تتحقق الاهداف المرجوة من الدراسة عموما ومن البرنامج خصوصا, وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج اقترح الباحث مجموعة من الاقتراحات يامل العمل بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج تيتش (teacch) السلوك التكيفي, اضطراب طيف التوحد Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the impact of the organized teacch program, (Teach) To develop the adaptive behavior skills of children with autism spectrum disorder and to know the extent to which some emotional expressions of a child with autism are developed and provoked and to acquire skills in communication and social interaction with others. The study sample consisted of (04) four children with small degree autism spectrum disorder . The researcher used the psycho-educational profile test for autistic children - the third edition For pre- and post-measurement, the item on non-adaptive behaviors In light of the objectives of the research, the limits of its hypotheses, and the sample size, the researcher used non-laboratory statistical treatment by using the Wilkekson test for two linked samples between the pre and post measurement, the study didn't show any significant differences on the emotional behavior among the average scores of autistic children in the tribal and dimensional measurements, thus the study indicated the absence of the effect of the structured education program applied (Teachch). Accordingly, the desired goals of the study in general and of the program in particular were not achieved, and in light of these results, the researcher proposed a set of suggestions that he hopes to work with.
