الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة موضوع واقع التربية والتعليم من خلال كتب النوازل، وقد جاءت في مقدمة، ومدخل، ومبحثين. أما المقدمة: فاستعرضتُ فيها جانبا من الأهمية التي تحظى بها كتب النوازل، مع التأكيد على إمكانية الاستفادة منها في كل المجالات، ومنها مجال التربية والتعليم. أما المدخل: فأفردته للتعريف بمصطلحات الدراسة وهي: التربية، التعليم، النوازل. أما المبحث الأول: فتوقفت فيه مع نوازل المعلمين التي تُبرز مؤهلاتهم العلمية والأخلاقية والمنهجية، والصفات التي يجب أن تتوفر فيهم. أما المبحث الثاني: فخصصته لذكر أحوال المتعلمين وبعض حقوقهم من خلال كتب النوازل. This paper discusses the reality of education through the lens of "Nawazil" books.
