دور منظمة العمل الدولية في حماية البيانات الشخصية للعامل

الملخص
إنّ العلاقة بين المعلوماتية والعمل أصبحت واقعا موجودا وضرورة حتميّة، هذه العلاقة وإن كانت تتضمّن جوانب إيجابية كثيرة، فإنّها تنطوي في المقابل على جوانب سلبيّة تشكل خطرا على الحياة الخاصّة والممارسة الفعلية للعامل، الأمر الذي دفع بمنظمة العمل الدولية باعتبارها منظومة متخصصة في, النهوض بالعمل اللائق في مختلف أنحاء العالم إلى حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية للعامل وإقامة توازن بين حياته المهنية وحياته الخاصة. وقد هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مظاهر الاعتداء على البيانات الشخصية للعامل؛ ومدى مساهمة آليات المنظمة في ضمان تكريس حماية لها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية تساهم في توفير الإطار القانوني لحماية البيانات الشّخصية، كما أنها تفتقر إلى آلية تنفيذية فعالة كمحكمة مختصة بالشؤون العمالية الدولية. The relationship between informatics and work has become a reality and an inevitable necessity, and this relationship, although it includes many positive aspects, in turn includes negative aspects that pose a threat to the private life and actual practice of the worker, which prompted the International Labor Organization as a system specialized in promoting decent work in around the world to protect the privacy of the worker's personal data and to strike a balance between his professional and private life. . The study aimed to reveal the manifestations of abuse of personal data of the worker; And the extent to which the organization's mechanisms contribute to ensuring the protection of workers' personal data. The results of the study showed that the ILO conventions contribute to providing the legal framework for the protection of personal data, and that it lacks an effective executive mechanism as a court specialized in international labor affairs.
