قضية السرقات الشعرية عند ابن شرف القيرواني

الملخص
تعد قضية السرقات من القضايا المطروحة والشائعة في نقدنا العربي، لكنها تكاد تكون مجهولة مع الناقد ابن شرف القيرواني، الذي طرحها طرحا موجزا في كتابه "مسائل الانتقاد". وإن كان الإيجاز والسرعة قد غلبا على نص ابنِ شرف، كما يقتضي في أسلوب المقامة، إلا أنه لم يتركها سدى، بل أشار إليها، وأبدى رأيه فيها، وذكر ما تحمله من تقسيمات... ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة شارحة لنص ابن شرف، كاشفة لما يحمله النص من إشارات ودلالات، مُعلّقة ومعلّلةً في ذلك بما تدعو إليه الحاجة، وتقتضيه الدراسة، ويتطلبه البحث العلمي. Abstract: Plagiarism is a big and common issue for researchers in Arabic criticism, however, many researchers did not discuss this issue from the author" Ibn Sharaf Al-Qayrawani "’s point of veiw, who has slightly mentioned plagiarism in his book" Masaïl Al-Intiqad". Although plagiarism, in the previously mentioned book, has been briefly discussed due to the manner of " rhymed prose" which is known as " The Maqama ", the author showed his opinion regarding plagiarism and stated its sections… Therefore, this study attempts to explain and highlight ‘Ibn Sharaf’s text on plagiarism to reveal its justified symbols and connotations. In addition the study extends and gives further discussion on the targeted book which would provide a significant contribution to the existing literatures in this field.
