الملخص الضمانات الشرعية والقانونية للحوكمة الاقتصادية، موضوع اردنا من خلاله التطرق إلى اهم المبادئ والقواعد التي يجب أن ترتكز عليها السياسة الاقتصادية والمالية للدولة، باعتبارها منهج اصيل يساعد جميع المشاركين في العملية الاقتصادية على تحقيق مصالحهم المختلفة، وتتنوع هذه الضمانات بين ما تمليه الدولة من قوانين وتنظيمات للمجال الاقتصادي والتي يجب ألا تتعارض مع حرية المبادرة الاقتصادية والتنافس والسوق الحرة، وبين ما تفرضه عادات ومبادئ المجتمع ومعتقداته الدينية. Abstract The legal guarantees of economic governance, the topic that we wanted to address the most important principles and rules that should be based on the economic and financial policy of the state, as an original approach helps all participants in the economic process to achieve their different interests.
