الملخص
الملخص: إن الاهتمام بجانب البناء المعرفي للبحث هو السبيل الوحيد لتحقيق التطور والازدهار في المجتمعات الحديثة، وهذا ما تسعى إليه كثير من الدول على غرار الدول النامية لتطوير مجتمعاتها وتحسين وضعها ولعل في قطاع التربية باعتباره القطاع المحوري والأهم في سبيل تحقيق هذا المقصد وبلوغ الأهداف المسطرة، بوصفه مصدر الكفاءات والإطارات التي من شأنها تسيير المؤسسات الحكومية وحتى الخاصة بالطريقة الصحيحة، ولا يكون هذا إلا بتجسيد إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التربوية الأمر الذي من شأنه إحداث قفزة نوعية تمس كل الأصعدة في المجتمع، لهذا جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية لتبحث في متطلبات تجسيد إدارة الجودة الشاملة داخل المؤسسة التربوية التعليمية بالجزائر وما هي الشروط الضرورية لذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية لمعطيات نظرية حول جودة التعليم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجودة ، الجودة في التعليم، المؤسسة التعليمية، المباني والطرائق التدريسية. Abstract: Paying attention to the knowledge-building aspect of research is the only way to achieve development and prosperity in modern societies, and this is what many countries, like developing countries, seek to develop their societies and improve their situation, perhaps in the education sector as the pivotal and most important sector in order to achieve this goal and achieve the goals set. As the source of competencies and frameworks that will run government and even private institutions in the right way, this is only by embodying total quality management in educational institutions, which would make a quantum leap affecting all levels of society, so this scientific paper came to look at the requirements for the embodiment of quality management comprehensive within the educational educational institution in Algeria and what are the necessary conditions for that through an analytical study of theoretical data on the quality of education.
