Authors : Benounissa Leila . Benabou Djilali .

Abstract

The article focuses on knowing the impact of quality indicators in the higher education sector on human capital by comparing a group of countries using data panal models for a sample of ten countries during the period from 2000 to 2014, we concluded through the results that the index of the number of scientific articles, the index of the rate of framing and the index of the percentage of students enrolled have a positive impact on the human development index. Unlike the index of the number of students studying abroad that has had a negative impact, we concluded that the most appropriate model for studying is the model of fixed impact that does not take time into account in influencing human development but takes variables because the quality in higher education institutions is not affected by time but is affected by the change of variables that vary from country to country.
